Day 3 - Hinton to Kingfisher

Sylvia, Tom and Tom stop for breakfast at Zona's Family Restaurant

Jackie calls this shot, "The Mother Road" on his website.  Some of our route today includes the old US Highway 66.  No Corvettes but Jackie's stead is a good substitute.

Near the end of today's ride we reach Ocarche, Oklahoma.  From our perspective Eichen's (the oldest bar in Oklahoma) is a MUST STOP.  The end of the day is near in Kingfisher so we stay a while at Eichen's.  Here's Syslvia and Tom cornering a friend of Sylvia's that met us here.

Still at Eichen's, The "Road House" gang starts to come together.

Most of the group is "chillin" in the booth but David is still running orders from the bar.

After a couple of hours, the group heads for our overnight in Kingfisher.  Arriving, some of the group has to "rest up" in front of the City Cafe before eating, setting up camp, showering and turning in.
