There would probably be nothing more boring than pictures of the employees of a software development company at work. Ok, some of the creative employees have adorned their offices with some interesting objects but we really "shine" when we get out of the office.
Yes, we have our Holiday parties in December, Family Outings in the Spring, even some very interesting activities at our customer meetings and annual kick-off meeting. Additionally, our sister company, Systemware Professional Services, host's a customer appreciation outing each year. One of the most unique traditions at Systemware are the company "incentive" trips. These trips are only taken in the late Winter or early Spring following a year that the company meets it's goals. The trip is open to all employees (employed for the full previous year) who met all of their work goals for the year. The location is always somewhere unique and spouses are invited.
